Friendly Sports
It is a quite accepted fact all over the world that Friday nights equal friends night. Whether you go out dancing or to the movies, or you stay in having dinner (sometimes including your better half in the activity), this is a tradition that may last long past your twenties.
Now, the ritual of getting together with friends may involve different activities depending on the group. In my case, my friends have a tendency to leave reaaaaally late, so we have time to do plenty of things: we eat some pizza, we talk a lot, and almost always we end up playing some table tennis, which gave me an idea: “are there any decent table tennis flash games out there?”
Well, yes, there is: Table Tennis Championship. It’s a great game, but I must warn you: you need a really good computer to play it. I tried it with my old PC that works at geriatric speed and I lost every time – and I was playing it in level 1! The thing is, when you play it you have to use your mouse like racket so, if you have an old computer, your moves will be very slow and you will never be able to hit the ball. So, get a fairly good computer and give this game a shot: you are going to enjoy it a lot, trust me.

Another thing my friends and I enjoy a lot is playing P.I.G. The game basically involves taking turns at shooting hoops from a distance of your choice. If you make it, your opponents have to do it too – shoot from the exact same place. If they fail then they get a letter (P, I or G). Whoever completes the word PIG, loses. Trick Hoops Challenge is pretty similar to that. First of all, you have to choose the kind of trick you are going to do, and then make a go at it. If you score, your opponent is challenged to do the same trick combination and score, or he will lose one point. Then he takes his turn, and you are required to do the same thing. Whoever gets more points – either by scoring or making less mistakes – wins.

Skating is also a classic among us, so what better game than Rooftop Skater? I totally love it, not only for the theme, but because of the context. You get to ride on the roof of buildings in a big city! All that adrenaline is just fascinating. Who wouldn’t love doing that in real life? Yes it really is insane, but it would be great nevertheless. Other than that, good news is this is one of those games in which you can choose among different characters. Moreover, you can also mix different body parts to create a new boy/girl. That’s great, isn’t it?
Finally, the one thing my friends and I share is our love for soccer. Now, with the World Cup coming soon, here we have a very difficult soccer game: Go Football. You have to kick the ball as many times as you can, keeping it in the air for as long as possible, which is accomplished by clicking on the ball. How high do you think you can score?
And, in any case, if Friday night plans get cancelled, you know that BGames is always your best friend
